Celebrate

I wake up in the morning
And open up my eyes.
I'm alive and breathing;
From my bed free to rise.

I am blessed to be alive
And have freedom to learn.
For basic needs of life,
I do not have to yearn

When I look at my life
I know that this is true.
I have cause to be thankful.
So I celebrate
